Description
This product is polyether-modified silicone oil, of which the structure contains different kinds of polyether chains. This product is safe and non-toxic, and it has excellent emulsifying performance. A wide range of viscosities of PDMS and other types of modified silicone emulsions can be achieved very easily, without mixing with other emulsifiers, and the emulsions made will be very stable. This product is an ideal Si/W silicone emulsifier.

Chinese factory has successfully developed a silicone emulsifier, SilibasePCS-9334, which has performance highly similar to the internationally renowned product Shin Etsu KF-6012. Its unique structural design uses different types of polyether chain modified silicone oils to achieve wide viscosity emulsification of various modified silicone oils such as PDMS, and maintains excellent emulsification stability without the need to add other emulsifiers.

Application
As an emulsifier, this product is mainly used in O/W silicone emulsion formulation. For example, it can emulsify Dimethicone, Phenylmethhicone, Hydroxyl silicone oil, Amido Dimethicone, Alkyl Dimethicone, etc, and achieve stable low-viscosity O/W silicone emulsions.
How To Use
Silibase PCS-9334 is comparable to Shin Etsu KF-6012 in terms of safety, non-toxicity, emulsifying performance, and versatility. It is easy to use, flexible in formulation, and effectively emulsifies various silicone oils such as dimethyl silicone oil, phenyl silicone oil, and hydroxyl silicone oil, making it suitable as a primary O/W emulsifier in cosmetics and other industries.
Mix this product and silicone oil and stir until uniform (System A). Add a small amount of
water at one time into System A and stir. It can achieve the initial emulsion like cream. Then
continue to add water. At this stage, the amount of water should be adjusted according to the formulation. Add water gradually and stir at the same time. The stable silicone emulsion can
be achieved.
The recommended dosage is 2~10% (according to the total formulation amount).

Storage and Transport
SilibasePCS-9334 is non-toxic product. In storage and transportation, prevent from the exposure of moisture, acids, alkalis, and other impurities.
The product has 24 months shelf life from the date of production at room temperature in seal-tight condition.
